In 1998 he moved to Florida to join Florida Hospital Waterman and LifeStream Behavioral Health. In 2000 he opened his first private practice while being very active lecturing for several pharmaceutical companies. The growth and success of his practice lead to explore ways to provide more diverse behavioral medicine services, resulting in the establishment of the most comprehensive private psychiatric practice in Lake County.
By 2004 he partners with Dr. Hector M. De Leon and together established Advanced Behavioral Health Center. His inclination as CEO towards administrative psychiatry has been pivotal for the success of the practice and also for the formation of the Lake and Sumter Psychiatric Association where he is acting as president.
