Jennifer has over 35 years in the mental health field. She uses a vast array of therapy in both individual and group counseling for children, adolescents and adults. Jennifer is also a qualified supervisor and training coordinator for Mental Health Counseling. She is a certified Addictions specialist (alcohol and drugs), certified Hypnotherapist and Trauma experience. Jennifer specializes in GLBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer) issues, substance abuse counseling, trauma and has experience as an Assistant House Parent in a residential center for emotional and behavioral problems. She has worked both facility and private practice where her counseling has made an impact on children, adolescents and adults with many diverse mental health issues.
Jennifer is actively involved in fundraising for charitable organizations including The Russell Home and Children’s Home Society. Director of numerous plays to raise public awareness regarding such community concerns as the prevention of spousal and child abuse.
